Fast Growing Litigation Management and Litigation firm is seeking a full time paralegal. We are a fast-paced law firm and provide significant substantive experience for paralegals. The job requires staff to so substantive document drafting, perform research, contact clients, keep cases organized, and adapt previous work to new fact patters. For skilled paralegal staff the position can grow over time to handle more complex work and there is room for promotion to a senior paralegal role. Additionally, we utilize data and metrics, and for candidates interested in working with data the the role can involve a promotion to a Business Analyst position.

The position allows the candidate to work directly on matters as part of the attorney team, and provides invaluable training experience.
Requirements:
Ideally applicants will have at least one year experience working in a legal setting, and a paralegal degree or certificate is helpful but not required. However we we will consider applicants looking to begin a career in the legal field, if they are the right fit.
This position is based in Chicago, and candidates should expect to be in the office at least one day a week and staff who are able to in more frequently is helpful but not required. Candidates unable or unwilling to commute to our Chicago office at least one day a week will not be considered. Pursuant to our firm vaccination policy, all staff meeting in the office are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
