Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Coordinating and managing property tax litigation files on a daily basis

·         Researching valuation of properties

·         Tracking and evaluating property assessments in multiple jurisdictions

·         Preparing and filing property tax dispute documents in multiple jurisdictions

·         Compiling documents relating to the management of real estate portfolios

·         Assisting in gathering information from clients

·         Performing various research duties

·         Performing other duties as assigned by attorneys



·         Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certificate

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access

·         Demonstrates sense of ownership over assigned work

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Strong communication skills

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment
